1. What you receive1. 받으시는 작품

Every Atelier Affiche piece is a fine art giclée print of an original Belle Époque poster, printed on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching, an acid-free archival fine art paper. It is a museum-grade reproduction. Subtle variations in tone, texture or border may carry over from the century-old source and are part of the work's character, not defects.

2. Shipping2. 배송

• Shipped worldwide to 100+ countries via our global print network, in protective rigid tubes.
• A tracking number is provided for every order.
• Import duties and taxes: prints are produced at the facility in our network closest to you. Where an order crosses a customs border, any import duty or tax is payable by the recipient and is not included in the price shown at checkout. Prints are classified under HS heading 4911. Rates and thresholds are set by your local customs authority and can change.
• Korea: typically 7–14 business days. Please note that most of our sizes are priced above the personal-use import threshold, so import VAT is usually payable on delivery.
• EU: no customs formalities.

3. Returns & Refunds3. 반품 및 환불

We want you to love your print. If anything isn't right, email contact@atelieraffiche.com.

• Damaged or defective on arrival: we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Please include a photo so we can make it right quickly.
• Right of withdrawal: you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving any reason. Simply email us, or use the withdrawal form below.
• After notifying us, please return the print in its original, undamaged condition within 14 days. Return shipping is at your expense.
• Refunds: we refund the price of the print plus the standard outbound delivery cost, using your original payment method, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may wait until we have received the print back before refunding.
• Because each print is made to order, please check the size and details carefully before ordering.

• 청약철회권: 수령일로부터 14일(달력일) 이내에 사유를 밝히지 않고 철회 의사를 알리실 수 있습니다. 이메일로 알려주시거나 아래 철회 양식을 이용하시면 됩니다.
• 철회 통지 후 14일 이내에 작품을 원래의 손상 없는 상태로 반송해 주세요. 반송 비용은 고객님 부담입니다.
• 환불: 작품 대금과 최초 배송비(기본 배송 기준)를 합산하여, 철회 의사를 전달받은 날로부터 14일 이내에 원결제수단으로 환불해 드립니다. 다만 작품이 반송되어 도착할 때까지 환불을 보류할 수 있습니다.
• 모든 작품은 주문 후 제작되므로, 주문 전 사이즈와 상세 내용을 꼭 확인해 주세요.

4. Payment4. 결제

Payment is completed using the method shown at checkout. Prints are produced at professional fine-art facilities within our international print network.

5. Legal guarantees5. 법정 보증

Independently of the commercial terms above, every purchase is covered by the guarantees provided under French law:

위 판매 조건과 별개로, 모든 구매에는 프랑스법상 다음의 법정 보증이 적용됩니다:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (Code de la consommation, art. L217-3 et seq.) — 2 years from delivery. If the item does not match its description, you may request repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund where that is not possible.
• Guarantee against hidden defects (Code civil, art. 1641 et seq.) — 2 years from discovery of the defect.

• 적합성 법정보증 (프랑스 소비자법 L217-3조 이하) — 인도일로부터 2년. 상품이 설명과 다를 경우 수리 또는 교환을 요구하실 수 있으며, 그것이 불가능한 경우 대금 감액이나 환불을 요구하실 수 있습니다.

Consumers resident in another EU country may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in their country of residence.
