1. What you receive1. 받으시는 작품

Every Atelier Affiche piece is a fine art giclée print — an original Belle Époque poster, carefully restored and colour-corrected by hand, then printed on 300gsm archival fine art paper. It is a museum-grade reproduction, not the original vintage paper. Subtle variations in tone, texture or border may carry over from the restored source and are part of the work's character, not defects.

아뜰리에 아피쉬의 모든 작품은 파인아트 지클레 프린트입니다. 벨 에포크 원본 포스터를 손수 복원하고 색상을 보정한 뒤 300gsm 아카이벌 파인아트 용지에 인쇄한 뮤지엄급 프린트이며, 원본 빈티지 종이 실물은 아닙니다. 색조·질감·테두리의 미세한 차이는 복원한 원본에서 비롯된 특성이며 결함이 아닙니다.

• Shipped worldwide to 100+ countries via our global print network, in protective rigid tubes.
• A tracking number is provided for every order.
• Korea: 7–14 business days. HS Code 4911.91 — 0% duty (Korea–EU FTA). VAT 10% is paid at customs by the recipient; orders under ₩150,000 are typically VAT-exempt.
• EU: no customs duties.

• 모든 주문에 추적 번호가 제공됩니다.

We want you to love your print. If anything isn't right, email contact@atelieraffiche.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or defective on arrival: we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Please include a photo so we can make it right quickly.
• Change of mind: you may return an unused print in its original, undamaged condition within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the print, we refund the item price.
• Because each print is made to order, please check the size and details carefully before ordering.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
